Day 1
We begin at 9am on day 1 with an overview of Steve’s LPS system, clarifying the science and evidence backing the system and providing you with clear evidence of how it works.
You will then receive your personalized 30 page LPI emotional intelligence report, and start the process of creating your personal action plan for change.
This report will also help you to personalise your use of the LPS online system, guiding you on where to focus your attention to get the most effective results
You will then move on to clarify the difference between self worth and self confidence and why self worth is the foundation of all outstanding leadership.
Towards the end of day 1 you will be given an overnight task connected to boosting your self worth.
Day 2
Day 2 starts with a powerful active reflection activity you can apply every day of your life.
You will then take part in a self worth activity that has proven to be the most powerful, effective and life-changing activity I have ever developed. I can’t say more about this now (it’s a surprise), but trust me it will be a big WOW!
Then you will learn of the importance of values and how you can use personal and team values to boost motivation, engagement and performance.
You will learn a simple and incredibly effective coaching technique for eliciting values and will apply it immediately on the training.
This will give you clarity on your top values, what they mean to you and give you simple actions you will take away from the training to make sure you values are aligned.
Next we look at managing change, and you will learn a simple, 3 step change management process that will massively increase your ability to develop yourself and take others on a change process with you.
