That’s a staggering 43% of all cases of ill health that are caused by stress.

2 – Lack of effective managerial support
3 – Too much responsibility

 

And these things are all getting worse.

 

Think about it…

To make more money.
To buy more things.

To buy even more things.

Studies show absolutely no correlation between reported measures of happiness and financial and material gain.

 

So millions of people are getting stressed in pursuit of things that won’t ever make them happy anyhow!

 

And it’s contagious.

 

Your boss is stressed.
So she passes it on to you.
You get stressed.
You pass it on to your partner and kids…

 

And before you know it…

 

We’re all running the stress relay!

 

So enough is enough.
